I don't think that was the case until last year. Yum! No bitterness whatsoever, I like it better than Shinsei Neko Spark! Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🎁

Senkou Modern Senkou Omachi 2020 ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Preference: ★★★★☆ Price: ★★☆☆☆ As expected from Senkou 👏. This is a very good wine that does not disappoint. The aroma is not that great, but the taste is rich and does not interfere with the meal. I didn't notice any bitterness at all. There are many types of classic or even modern sake, Kame-no-o, Mukashi, and even standard sake, so it can be confusing, but if you're not sure, just tell the shop owner what you like and you'll be fine. Towards the end of the year, I would like to drink to the extent that I do not get sick😤

Jyushiro Super Special Junmai Daiginjo, Special A district Yamadanishiki ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Taste: ★★★☆☆☆ Price: ★★☆☆☆☆☆ I drank this after Hana Yuu, but I couldn't drink it because of the ginjo fragrance. 😅 I wondered if it was a good thing, after all, because the fourteenth generation is hard to come by and can only be drunk on occasion. It's not a cheap sake with a list price of around 6,000 yen for a quadruple bottle, and it's not something I'd buy (or be able to buy) by myself, so I'm glad you were able to share it with us. When I drink this much rare sake on a normal day, I have trouble deciding what to drink at the end and beginning of the year. I'm worried about the Shinsei Colors Chukadori series I bought this year, because the time to drink it is still far off.

Shinsei No.6 X-type 2019 ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Preferred: ★★★★*. Price: ★★★☆☆ The item I received as a birthday gift. It's easy to drink without bitterness and I finished it in no time. This may be the last time since the only Shinsei distributor in the neighborhood will no longer sell Shinsei to the general public. I wish it was a little easier to get, because I don't want to buy it at a premium price.

At 1,430 yen, it's a good cosmetic item. It's a low al, and it's a goofy and possibly dangerous drink. Definitely a repeat ministry.

Longevity of the Mountain freaks 2 ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Like: ★★★★☆☆ Price: ★★★★★ If it's offered as a white wine, I'm confident I'd drink it without a doubt, lol. It was a very unusual quality of drink. Is it really just rice and rice malt? Amazing. Experience something called 4MMP. I won't be repeating it, but I can recommend it because it's interesting. The four-part bottle is only 1,320 yen including tax, making it a good value.

ABE REGULUS 2019 ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Preferred: ★★★★★ Price: ★★★☆☆ I've been skipping a post, but I'm taking it. I bought it in Toyama City. Low alcohol content, acidity that goes along with the food, and low bitterness make for a great drinking experience. I find the Star Series to be good no matter what I drink. The price is well over $2,000, I guess.

Shinsei Flax Cat Spark 2019 ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Taste: ★★★★★ Price: ★★★★★ Last time it took me nearly 20 minutes to get the bottle open without spilling it. The liquor store said. Never drink it the same day you buy it home because the vibration in transit is not good. You can put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes before drinking it. And so it was. Take our advice and give it a go! Same as last time 😂. The taste was unquestionably good!

Comparing it to S, I'm convinced that S is the one I can drink all the time, but my preference is R! 1,500 yen (including tax) is a good price for a drink, and I can't drink it at the shop price.

Moderate acidity, alcoholic, crisp and bitter It didn't seem to have much of my idea of a sacred bird. I was disappointed that there were not many things I was looking for in the Sentry, but it was very easy to drink and I could drink my cup. I'm sure I'll buy another one next year even though I like it *3 digression I wanted to support haccoba, but Usui's tweets woke me up lol, and I immediately unfollowed him.

Organic Naturale Trois ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Like: ★★★★☆ Price: ★★★☆☆ Super ancient method, no added yeast (brewer's yeast), wood vat brewing It's yellow when you pour it into the glass. It's very thick. The sake is made with vintage rice and the date of manufacture is listed as 2018.12 The aroma was subdued and I could taste the bitterness, but it was easy to drink and I finished this one in no time at all! The junior who bought it for me ended up drinking only one sip, and it didn't seem to be his favorite... Maybe the quality of the drink didn't stick with a sake novice. LOL! I didn't even tell him what I liked. I've got a pretty good appreciation for the VEGA at Abe's Vega, with its organic naturals from Sentry and my choice of low al, low-alcohol, low-fragrance drinks 😹.

But, as expected of the Fourteenth generation. It's not sweet and has a great crispness to it that makes it easy to drink! A brewery that has perfected the art of Japanese sake and continues to challenge itself It may be an exaggeration to say, but you can always tell it's "The Fourteenth Generation" whenever you drink it, no matter what condition it's in. I was reminded of that. Thank you for your continued support 🙇♂️
