Hakkaisan Drinking Comparison Set" purchased at COOP 🥰. Tonight we will have Junmai Daiginjo! The elegant sweetness that spreads softly, but with a sharpness that is very clear and crisp. The clarity that I can definitely feel...! It has a good sense of understated individuality, so it will go well with any dish. In addition to being handy at 180㎖ per bottle, the bottle can be reused as a sake bottle ✨. Thanks COOP lol

I had a bottle of "Zao Ascending Dragon" that I got on a trip to Sendai! It is one of my favorite bottles, with an elegant fruity aroma that spreads softly in the mouth and a strong umami flavor. The flavor chart says it is "fruity rich," and I can see why! It seems to have won the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award" and I would like to try it in a wine glass next time 🥂. Yesterday, I got my long-sought tin sake cups, so I enjoyed them right away and was surprised at how different they are from the ceramic ones 😳😳They are as mellow as the reputation says...! Oh my god, tin, I love it!

Another Kikusen from Takizawa Shuzo. This is apparently a ginjo-nama sake brewed with "sake musashi," a rice suitable for sake brewing in Saitama Prefecture. The name "Sake Musashi" is very good, isn't it? It has a fruity aroma like an apple and a rich taste, but it also has a sharpness. I see...apples...I see... I was thinking of having dessert to finish off the meal, but it was so sweet and delicious that I didn't need it. Thank you very much!

Kikusen is the most famous local sake in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture! Takizawa Sake Brewery is often introduced with its historic brick building, but it is also a well-established sake brewery with various awards. This junmai sake also has the words "Award of Excellence" on it. I thought, "If that's what it says, I'll just have to order it anyway," and so I did. I was surprised by the fruity aroma, as described in the description: "Aroma like banana and pleasant acidity! I was surprised at the fruity aroma! I was checking the aroma and before I knew it, it was empty 🤗. No, scary! This is why sake is so scary!

I had the "Kuroryu" which I was curious about because of its high reputation in Sake-no-wa. It was indeed mellow! The harmony of aroma and taste made me say "delicious! The combination with the seared mackerel (salted) that I had with it was also outstanding. ！！！！ I couldn't help but think how lucky I am to be Japanese once again.

It is sharp and dry! It might be a little sharp for me, who is more of a sweet-tasting person... I liked the clean taste. This comparison of sakes led me to be interested in the changes caused by the difference in saké vessels.

At dinner at Sakan, Akiu Onsen. ...I just like it! Easy to drink and smooth ◎ The sweetness is just right, and I want to have as many cups as I can. I also liked the Hidakami which I also received. It went well with tempura, so I thought it could go endlessly. I want to find a local place to drink it.

Staying at Sakan, Akiu Onsen, in a room 🍶. (Purchased at Sendai Station) ...it has a habit! LOL! It has a caramelized taste, like a dessert. It goes well with the cheese I had with it. The color is like caramel, and the weight is very heavy. It might be for different people, but I don't dislike it. However, it might be too heavy for one person.
