I was really looking forward to drinking "Naohiko Noguchi Laboratory" 🥺🍶 when I visited Ishikawa Prefecture.
Honjozo Unfiltered Nama Sake
The owner says it has a "freshness like a pear". One sip and I was convinced it was just like that 🍐🍐🍐🍐.
It was very tasty.
The sashimi, which I had ordered from the menu, was also delicious...I am so happy!
Sake is going to save the world!

Although it is far from Kanazawa, "Noriguchi" has a great tasting room with a sake brewery attached 😁.
And by the way, Fukui next door also has a great selection of sake!
