2019 Shinkame made with special sake rice "Hanabukiyuki" grown in Aomori Prefecture!
Purchased with regular junmai sake ☺️
Of course we had it hot.
It tastes so much stronger than normal!
It has a dusty aroma like freshly cooked rice and the flavor explosion on the palate is fantastic😁.
