うたIt's been a while since I've been to Chiyotsuru. They seem to have a good reputation for their draft sake 😆. The special sake was 1,430 yen and the cost was great! The modest taste goes well with food 😚. It is especially good with sashimi 😚. It's a very powerful sake, especially for sashimi 😋.

うたOne of the pieces I bought when I went on my expedition.... I will take it very carefully... lol It's been a long time since I've had a glass of kijoshu. I chose this one 😋. I won't say much but this sweetness It softens the unpleasantness a little. It reminded me a little of Bodhi Hashimoto from the Wind Forest. It is not that richly sweet. But it's not too sweet, and the end of the drink is refreshing. So you can drink it smoothly 😁. Speaking of which, since it's getting warmer I went for a run after a long time! About 40 minutes but it was tough lol And I was sweating like a stinker💦. I'm not very fit 😂.

うたToday, I was excited to go on an expedition to buy some sake. I went to buy some sake and bought a bottle of Yamamoto-san's No. 7 yeast I bought a bottle of Yamamoto-san's No. 7 Yeast Nama Sake 🤩. But... when I was unloading my luggage... I was not expecting a crash ......😱. I arrived home in a miserable state... Just sad 🤢. I'm going to change my mind lol Okunoto's Shirakiku, the first freshly squeezed one... It's late 😚. I think it has more umami this year. Sweetness spreads from the first sip A pleasant bitterness awaits at the end 😊. It doesn't give the impression of being thick. It is not a thick impression, but a light impression for the taste 👍. Next year, I'll be able to get my hands on some Hachitan Nishiki. I wonder if it's too late this year... I can't wait 😁.

うたAt the izakaya! Comparison sets are the best 😚. I can choose 3 drinks and pay 1000 yen! It's a god system for me 😁. One of them was Nabeshima from ‼️ It's the most rummy I've ever had! It was light on the palate and had no alcohol taste. I drank it in one gulp!

うたI went to Nagashima for a visit. I did my homework and got this at a nearby liquor store! It's from "Saku" 😊. It's hard to find in Hokuriku, so I'm very happy 😆. I'm so happy 😆. And the taste is a mystery to me! (In a good way!!!) Why is it so fresh even though it's fire-roasted? ⁉️ It's gorgeous on the palate! It's more floral than fruity. It fits the taste. Why does it taste so rich for a junmai daiginjo? ⁉️ When you say "50% polished rice ratio", if it is not a pure sake, you may think it is lighter. I imagine it to be much lighter than it is. but this one has a robust flavor! It is rich! It's delicious! The label is stylish and great 😚. If it was fire-brewed, I would have let it sit a little longer. I'm glad I let it sit a little longer if it was fire-brewed.

うたI guess we didn't get much rice this year. We have only Ginbuki and Yamadanishiki... Yummmmmm! うたI bought it because I heard it's great for hot sake 😋. It looks delicious from the label. I immediately started heating it up at home! The color is yellow and you can tell it's been aged 👍. I'm drinking it lukewarm and then gradually warming it up. The caramelized taste and matured acidity is delicious 😊. It tastes as powerful as it does when heated! Even if you add a little water, it's not overpowered at all!

うたIt's been a while since I've been to an event at the station 😆. It's the new sake season and I usually drink brands I don't drink. A great chance to drink a brand I don't usually drink! I enjoyed it! I started with "Hayashi"'s Kurobe Gorge. It always tastes like white bean flour. I can't stop it from spreading in my mouth. ☺️ It's a light sweetness that makes you look back and think, "I was right to drink that first cup. It was the right choice for the first drink👍. Now, "Hayashi"'s Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku are available only in 1800ml. Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku by "Hayashi" are selling like hotcakes even though they are only 1800ml. I want to drink it, but! I want to drink it! It's raw sake! I drink it alone! I have a fridge! I'm always looking at it with my fingers in my mouth.

うたI went to Kaze no Mori and found this sake suitable for warmed sake. I got it without hesitation! It's a raw sake, but it's still very smooth. I was very interested in the fact that it is a sake to be drunk warm 🤔. I put it in the fridge to avoid the possibility of the cork blowing out. I chilled it in the fridge before opening the bottle. When I poured it into a sake cup and smelled it, it smelled like pear. I took a sip while it was still cold. It was very sweet and smooth. It has no peculiarities. It is still delicious to drink. Next, put the sticker that changes color at 35° on the chilori and warm it up. and heat it up 😊. The tin temperature quickly reaches 35° because of the tin. I mean, 35 degrees Celsius at a time, right? The moment it heats up, you can see bubbles coming out. One sip and it's warm and bubbly................................. Hmmm, I don't know lol Warm sushwashwashwash? The temperature is raised a little, which makes it sweeter. After finishing the drink, a bitter taste comes in and it tastes good. A little spicy? Sourness and peculiarity of Bodhi yeast can be felt afterwards 😆. Personally, I prefer it when it is warmed up. I personally like the taste of warming up and letting the time pass. There are other good sake, sweet sake is just easy to drink. Meh, etc. etc. I know how much you hate it when people ask you all the time. It's simply a seasonal thing. I look forward to it and feel sad every year. I know they think I'm a one-timer because I drink alone at night and can't afford to buy much. I understand that people think I'm just a one-time customer.

うたA delicious Honjozo sake 😋. My favorite one: ☺️ I'll buy it even though it's more expensive than regular honjozo if I have to. I buy it even though it's more expensive than regular Honjozo 😚. It's 3 years old (December), so I wonder if it has aged a bit. The color is yellow. It is mildly sweet at room temperature and has a gentle taste like cotton candy. Gentle taste like cotton candy. After that comes the spiciness of 19 degrees of alcohol. but it is also good 😊.
