HotayuiMy favorite "Yujin". This is a limited edition bottle that makes you feel the coming of autumn. The label also has a cicada and a dragonfly on it, which is perfect for the season when you feel the autumn breeze coming in from the lingering summer heat. As for the taste, it has a gentle sweetness on the palate like a YUIJIN, and a firm - refreshing taste. I felt that the refreshing feeling was more prominent than the usual Yuto.

HotayuiWe bought the original sake of Chikumanishiki which was sold at the nearby supermarket "TSURUYA". It has a capacity of 500ml, which is a good amount to drink. The aroma has a fruity taste unique to Junmai Daiginjo, and the taste is crisp and dry, with a clean aftertaste. It might be good as a midday sake. I'm sorry to say this, but 500ml is good for me as a "Lonely hand pourer".

HotayuiWe visited Okazaki Shuzo's shop in Ueda, Nagano. They explained about the taste and the sake rice carefully. We bought a limited edition sake from the brewery. The smell is fruity, the taste is sweet, and you can feel the tingling acidity. After sipping it, you can taste the flavor of Hitogochi, a sake rice produced in Nagano Prefecture. Shinshu's local sake is delicious.

Thank you very much. They told us that while dry sake is the mainstream, there are more and more people who want this sweet sake. I wonder if they want healing. I do, lol. The gentle sweetness spreads in your mouth and heals you. But the aftertaste is refreshing. I would like to enjoy it after a meal rather than during a meal.
