I received this from a colleague of mine. It's a sake that's well-liked by everyone in the local area. When I looked it up on the internet, I found that 90% of the sake is consumed in Tochigi Prefecture. I'm impressed by the way the brewery makes all of their sake with a traditional yeast mash. The taste is crisp and dry. The aftertaste is refreshing. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes.
But this time, the seasoning, which is a gift from our friends, enhances the taste the most.
