It's been a while since I've posted due to transfers and exams.
I've been holding off for about 3 weeks, so I decided to go with the new policy for the sake ban 🍶.
The label said "to be enjoyed at a temperature close to room temperature", so I decided to pour it into a glass and drink it a little later: 🕰️
Then the umami and acidity became more pronounced and it was very tasty 😋.
I drank it with gusto after a long time. ☺️
