It's been a while since I've had a flax cat spark 😸.
I opened it normally and the bubbles overflowed a bit, it's highly carbonated and very shwashy 🍺.
It's less sweet and more acidic than most Niimasa 😋.
It's already champagne 🍾 (I may have used the same expression before)
It was delicious!
