I was excited to buy Akabu's superlative Nozan because it was the end of the year and the beginning of the New Year 😅.
The taste is clean and clear, and even an amateur can tell that really good rice has been carefully crafted into sake 🤔.
It's refreshing but has a depth of flavor and a good bitterness that makes it a great cut 🤔 ⚔️
The aroma and flavor are great too, due to the 35% rice polishing ratio 🍍.
It was a great way to end the year 👏.
