This is a Jikin Nama Sake that I got at a New Year's event at a liquor store that I always visit 😋.
I wanted to keep it a little longer, but decided to take the plunge and open the bottle because it is a draft sake 🍾.
The balance of umami and sweetness is perfect👍.
It's a gorgeous, fruity, and a bit petite because it's a nama-shu 🍈.
It was delicious 🍈.
