Local Chiba's Niinuma Honke My wife's father bought it for me, so I just opened it (^^). It's fresh, slightly carbonated, and has a nice green apple-like sourness. I couldn't wait to open it, but I guess I should have opened it in the new year.

This is the first time I've put this app in (^^). This is the first post of this sake that I happened to be drinking. Harmony of Yamadanishiki & Omachi... I didn't feel it was that fruity.
