The last bottle of Akatake Yukinoko was a winner, so I bought the regular Junmaishu to compare (≧▽≦).
Yes, it's good too!
The aroma is mild, but it started to change a little around the third day after opening the package.
My first Akabu!
I just opened the package with excitement...
It's delicious!
It starts with a fruity aroma, and then it's slightly carbonated on the tongue, and the aroma goes through the nose.
I like this one...
I tried it because it said it had a strong malic acid attack, and I remember being really surprised at how strong it was (laughs).
Here's a reminder of the photo.
I had only drunk No.6 series, so I found it on New Year's Eve and bought it for the first drink of the new year (^^)
It's Shinsei after all - I like the acidity.
Local Chiba's Niinuma Honke
My wife's father bought it for me, so I just opened it (^^).
It's fresh, slightly carbonated, and has a nice green apple-like sourness.
I couldn't wait to open it, but I guess I should have opened it in the new year.
Since I met Senkou last year, I've been saying that my favorite sake is Senkou.
I finally realized that the sake I like is the one that has sourness (lol).
This is the first time I've put this app in (^^).
This is the first post of this sake that I happened to be drinking.
Harmony of Yamadanishiki & Omachi...
I didn't feel it was that fruity.
