Purchased at Yamaya I've had a similar sake, Suzune, but this is my first time. (Just after opening the package) Slightly cloudy white Bubbles on the surface, like a carbonated beverage. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet like a ramune. A slight taste of rice can be detected afterwards. The aftertaste is clear and very refreshing. It is like a sour with the flavor of sake, and can be drunk like a beer without disturbing the taste of the food. When warmed up, the rice flavor becomes stronger and gives a different impression.

I feel like drinking it sometimes! Sparkling sake. Not sweet, not spicy, no alcohol spikes. Really refreshing and dry❗ It might be the best if you drink it when the temperature is high⁉️.

It's sweet. It's crisp. I like my liquor with gas. I can go on and on. It seems expensive because it's so small, but I think it's worth the price for this kind of flavor.
