I've had a similar sake, Suzune, but this is my first time.
(Just after opening the package)
Slightly cloudy white
Bubbles on the surface, like a carbonated beverage.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet like a ramune.
A slight taste of rice can be detected afterwards.
The aftertaste is clear and very refreshing.
It is like a sour with the flavor of sake, and can be drunk like a beer without disturbing the taste of the food.
When warmed up, the rice flavor becomes stronger and gives a different impression.
