I was looking forward to the release of Denshogiku! On the first day it arrived, I bought both a 1.5 liter bottle and a 4.5 liter bottle. It has a nice fizzy, fizzy feeling, a nice balance of sweetness and deliciousness, and a mellow aroma that wafts through the nose...it is truly delicious! I have had several of Kangiku's sake this past year, and this Denshogiku is my favorite.

My favorite Kangiku! It is delicious no matter which one I drink. This one has a slightly fizzy taste and a clear color. Fruity but not too sweet, it was easy to drink as a food sake. I think I would enjoy it even if I drank it alone. The label is as stylish as ever and makes you want to pick it up.

11 at the restaurant Another rare Shinsei was drunk. It has a cool 6 character. It was light and refreshing, but also full-bodied and delicious! It was a very satisfying day with a lot of rare and wonderful sake. The owner's elaborate menu for sake was also excellent!

At the store (5) A very rare sake! The aroma was so mellow that you would think it had just been opened, even though it had probably been open for quite some time. The taste was mellow and rich. It was a wonderful sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity!

I heard that Sono Kankiku, which I have been a fan of since Denshogiku, had released a very limited edition sake that comes out only once every four years, so I got it! I immediately enjoyed it with sashimi. It was clear and slightly effervescent. It had a rich and elegant aroma, fruity and gentle on the palate, and was very delicious (^^). I don't think it is easy to find, but I would like to repeat the experience in another four years.
