We had it with delicious sashimi on New Year's Eve. It was a perfect match! It is a Junmai Daiginjo, so it had a very refined, elegant and robust flavor. The taste at this price makes me want to say "Thank you" here. I would like to drink it again when we meet again.
I was so impressed with the taste of Denshogiku that I bought the same sake from Sohnokankiku! This one was also very easy to drink and to my liking. It had a slight effervescence and was sweet, almost like drinking juice. It is elegant and goes perfectly with sashimi! Not related to the taste, but I also like the label.
I never thought I would see the day when I would be able to meet such a drink. But today, as if in a dream or a vision, it appeared before my eyes. It had been two years since I had had a glass of Shinmasa. My heart swelled with anticipation. However, my expectations were dashed. The incredibly mellow aroma, lightness, and richness were all well balanced and danced in the mouth, playing on a pleasant wavelength.
I have to say that a sake that maintains such a high level of balance and yet has each of its characteristics stand out is indeed a rare sake. No wonder it is a rare sake.
I can only express my gratitude to the store that allowed me to encounter this kind of sake. If you have a chance to encounter this sake, you should definitely order it!
Shinsei is probably hard to drink in the future. I am very happy to be able to drink it! It has a mild and ripe flavor, yet gentle, and it was great too. It is a delicious sake that you can enjoy even if you don't have any expectations!
I came across Shinmasa at a certain restaurant, which is hard to find these days. Fruity and deep, with a touch of sweetness, it goes well with all kinds of food. It was so delicious that I was sad to finish it. I am grateful to the restaurant that served it to us.
I told the liquor store that it was a fruity sake and they recommended it to me. It was indeed very fruity and refreshing, and very tasty. The aroma through the nose was elegant and went very well with the sashimi! I would like to drink it again.
It was a very tasty sake. It is fruity, but not too fruity, and has a refreshing and very refined taste.
I drank it for the first time and was surprised at how good it tasted. I would like to repeat this.
It was given to me by a friend. It is fresh, very fruity and delicious. I felt it was somewhat similar to Shinsei, but it has a more robust taste than Shinsei. It's grapey and plump! I'd like to drink it again.
It's super dry. However, it betrayed me in a good way. Even though it's super dry, the sake doesn't come in a rush, it's very clean and easy to drink. I think it would go well with a variety of dishes. We also had it hot, and it was quite good. It has a mellowness to it, and I think it has a weight to it even though it is beautiful. It was a beautiful brew with a touch of sake.
It was very tasty. The slight carbonation hit my palate and it wasn't too fruity, which was perfect! I would recommend drinking it with just alcohol. It would be a waste to have it with food. It was the kind of sake that you want to enjoy the taste of all the time. I think it might be my favorite Nabeshima label so far!
This is a Wataya that is hard to find outside of Tohoku. It is a very easy to drink sake, and if you were to divide it into two categories, it would probably be the neat type, but it is not overly so, so it goes well with a variety of dishes, and is quite delicious even if you drink it as is. I recommend it to anyone, so when you see it, by all means!
This is Hoshi-Banji, a sake from Fukushima. I have loved this sake since I was a student, and it is the sake that started my love for sake.
It's fruity, but at the end it has a crispy taste, so it's not just sweet. I think it goes well with many kinds of food. The reasonable price is also a great point. It's not a famous brand, so the stores that sell it may be limited, but if you have the chance, this is a drink you should buy and drink!
I've been wanting to drink this Shinsei for a long time, and I finally found it. I was impressed by the fruity taste reminiscent of pears and grapes, the slight foaming that is typical of Shinsei, and the soft, full flavor. This is the kind of sake you want to drink with your loved ones on your special day.
It has a beautiful label. The taste is also beautiful. It's not good or bad, but it's just plain tasty. It's good because it tastes good, but it doesn't make you want to drink this sake! I don't know if it makes me want to drink this sake, but it is a good sake.
