I heard that Sono Kankiku, which I have been a fan of since Denshogiku, had released a very limited edition sake that comes out only once every four years, so I got it!
I immediately enjoyed it with sashimi.
It was clear and slightly effervescent.
It had a rich and elegant aroma, fruity and gentle on the palate, and was very delicious (^^).
I don't think it is easy to find, but I would like to repeat the experience in another four years.
