Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, the same city as Houou Mita. I drank it for the first time, Wakakoma Shuzo! It is different from Houou Mita. Is it because the rice polishing ratio is as high as 80%? I thought sake was made in the Tohoku region (not Niigata?), but today I think it is made in Tochigi Prefecture. I thought it was the Tochigi Prefecture, but nowadays I think it is Tochigi Prefecture. Sake is getting more and more popular in Japan. I want to support Japanese culture 🇯🇵.

Good evening, freeman.hiroshi 😃. I have a few in the same fridge 😊 Sake from Tochigi! Sentori and Houou Mita are the best in the country, and many other excellent sakes ❗️ good job 👍

I bought it without a second thought because it was cheap, perhaps on SALE at the supermarket. Sneaky? Sneaky? It is a strong sake. I recommend it to sake drinkers. It's not dry, but it's not bad. Not bad.

It seemed to melt the moment it was opened and poured. Houou Mita again. There are many kinds of Houou Mita. The vectors are the same, but they vary! I thought "Hou" meant aromatic, but apparently it comes from the name of an innovator in organic rice farming. Since I am alone in the evening, I will drink in peace.

Good evening, freeman.hiroshi😃 It's interesting how many different flavors you can find in the same brewery 😊. Tochigi sake and Houou Mita are more common, are you by any chance living in Tochigi prefecture?

Right now I'm living in Tochigi prefecture by myself! So I can drink slowly in the evening! I am very happy to be able to have a drink at night!

I bought it for the first time. And I drank it for the first time. Sengoku. For this one, I prefer Houou Mita as a sake from Tochigi Prefecture. But what is it, a fresh plum wine? The pluminess of this one might be a good thing. If only it were darker, I can see the potential, Senkyoku!

This is delicious. I bought it at Kobayashi Sake Shop in Kanuma. It is from Ibaraki Prefecture, but it is delicious. It's a little tangy. Not in a bad way, but I don't know what it is.

Again, I'm drinking it today, but I might be hooked. Next time, can I buy some?

Two bottles of Sharaku! Nagoshi sake will be served later. Today we will have Junmai sake. I mean, it's a little early, but I already had one. It's been a while since I've had Sharaku.

When it comes to Hiroshima sake, the one that comes to mind is Kamotsuru, which former Prime Minister Abe made famous by serving it to Obama at Sukiyabashi Jiro, but the others, sorry, don't come up. But there is such a sake from Hiroshima that I couldn't help but buy the label! I tried it and found it to be wine? It was a bit like a wine, I guess. Kamerei Check Ao Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake. It is a bottle that makes you think that sake is deep. It's a new sake...I like it.

What to drink with a squid tip? I was wondering and saw it at a liquor store. It's summer, but it's snowy Matsushima. It tastes or smells very different with a cup of squid.
