I bought it at the supermarket on my way home from work. I felt like drinking it even though it was a weekday. It said it could be served hot or cold, but I decided to drink it cold. This is for people who drink sake every day. It might be good when you want to get drunk, but it is a limited time sake. I also lived in Miyagi Prefecture, so I wouldn't miss Ichinokura. If you drink it every day, I would recommend Ichinokura. It's not expensive and they know what they're doing with sake 😄.

I know it's extravagant, but I'll throw in a few more. Kido, a sake from Wakayama Prefecture. I don't know why, because it's junmai daiginjo and the label is pink, but it seems to be popular with the ladies. Actually, I drank a little too much. So this is the next day's post. It's been a little while since I last had a chance to drink a good sake from Tochigi Prefecture, Junmai Daiginjo-shu from Hououmida. My wife also enjoyed it. I guess it is easy to drink for women who don't drink much sake. For those who like sake, it is too easy to drink and you might say it is too easy to drink. Be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️

Ona. The label was so flashy and eye-catching that I couldn't help but pick it up. The design was not very sake-like, but maybe I shouldn't say that these days. The taste was smooth and refreshing. My impression is that it is a sake to be drunk with a meal. For heavy drinkers or those who just want to drink sake purely, it may not be enough. It's good because it doesn't interfere with food. I think sake drinkers will drink too much, so be careful.

Hououmida's limited edition hiyaoroshi at a time of the year when cold wholesale is very noticeable! A nice aroma when you open the bottle! If you like sake, you will understand. I felt the autumn and enjoyed it with my first nabe (hot pot) by myself. Yum! I think I'll have soba noodles tomorrow.

It's still delicious ❗️ Sharaku, it's been a while since I've had it. It's one of my favorite Fukushima sake. If you ever see it, please pick it up and drink it. I think this is a little special Sharaku.

It's been a while since I've posted as I've been holding off on sake for a bit. I used to live in Fukushima prefecture, Okunomatsu, and I liked it a lot, so I was surprised to see something I had never seen before. It's not expensive sake, but it tastes pretty good.

I drank it for the first time, Nanamizu. But EXCITING SERIES means it's not a standard one. I checked the label on the back and it says the production date is July 2023, so it is freshly made 😀. I'm very happy that it's freshly made sake. I wonder if I can drink it anymore too. The color looks so good 🩵. Why not? I'll have it while eating somen noodles...

Wakakoma Sake. Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. A little taste for drinkers~. Why? For snacks, miso soup with onions, leeks and shimeji mushrooms. This miso soup was made by myself! A little sesame oil and shichimi (seven spice flavors). Not only miso soup, but also a lot of things I made myself. What could be more luxurious? By the way, this sake smells like bananas, just like it says!

I know that writing "but~" might give you the impression that I'm looking down on you, but that's not true! The snack is yakisoba noodles that I made myself...! Kido from the Kishu climate. I was able to buy it cheaply at one supermarket. We are having yakiniku for dinner, so I took a sip before that 😛. It's different from what I've been drinking recently, and I feel like I want to drink it with food. I just don't think it goes well with yakiniku... 😅 I'll drink it with grilled vegetables!

I'll have this today! My Best Houou Mita! It is Heki-ban Junmai Ginjyo Genjyo Unrefined Hon Nama. I drank it before and loved it. It is a limited edition sake, but I found it at a liquor store I usually go to, and I had to have it. I always want to try a sake I've never had before, but I can't pass up a good one. It is my favorite sake, and I am sure there are people who do not like it. It's just like ramen, everyone has their own favorite taste, and that's fine. I'm going to have dinner soon! Looking forward to it!

I went to the supermarket on my way home from work. When I saw a sign that said "Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu" (freshly pressed sake), of course I picked it up. I thought it might be for the sake drinkers in the Tohoku region. When you start liking this kind of sake, you must be a real sake drinker. Fruity sake is fine, but this is sake that is unmistakably sake. As one would expect. If you like Ichinokura, you will probably like this.

Another young horse! This one has a kind of strong taste, even though it says fruity. What do they mean by "unpasteurized"? Sake from Tochigi Prefecture, in a row! Today I'm having a modern Sentori Mujin. I stir-fried cabbage and eringi mushrooms that I bought at the produce center, and sprinkled my favorite spice, Ore no Aibo. My Aibo is a spice that is sold only at Yaoko. Today's Sentori Mukunin, a little light. Maybe I'm into darker sake these days. But Sentori, Tochigi Prefecture sake, consistent goodness! Nice 👍.
