Wakakoma Sake. Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. A little taste for drinkers~. Why? For snacks, miso soup with onions, leeks and shimeji mushrooms. This miso soup was made by myself! A little sesame oil and shichimi (seven spice flavors). Not only miso soup, but also a lot of things I made myself. What could be more luxurious? By the way, this sake smells like bananas, just like it says!

I'm tired - so, for the first time in a long time, I'm going to reward myself! I'm glad I'm done with my work. I haven't even crossed the ⛰️ mark yet😅. I've had it before. I know that writing "but~" might give you the impression that I'm looking down on you, but that's not true! The snack is yakisoba noodles that I made myself...! I don't have any sake-like sake, so I'll have some salted fish afterwards. It's a good sake, so if you happen to see it, you should definitely try it. It is from Ohtawara City, Tochigi Prefecture.

Kido from the Kishu climate. I was able to buy it cheaply at one supermarket. We are having yakiniku for dinner, so I took a sip before that 😛. It's different from what I've been drinking recently, and I feel like I want to drink it with food. I just don't think it goes well with yakiniku... 😅 I'll drink it with grilled vegetables!

I'll have this today! My Best Houou Mita! It is Heki-ban Junmai Ginjyo Genjyo Unrefined Hon Nama. I drank it before and loved it. It is a limited edition sake, but I found it at a liquor store I usually go to, and I had to have it. I always want to try a sake I've never had before, but I can't pass up a good one. It is my favorite sake, and I am sure there are people who do not like it. It's just like ramen, everyone has their own favorite taste, and that's fine. I'm going to have dinner soon! Looking forward to it!

I went to the supermarket on my way home from work. When I saw a sign that said "Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu" (freshly pressed sake), of course I picked it up. I thought it might be for the sake drinkers in the Tohoku region. When you start liking this kind of sake, you must be a real sake drinker. Fruity sake is fine, but this is sake that is unmistakably sake. As one would expect. If you like Ichinokura, you will probably like this.

Another young horse! This one has a kind of strong taste, even though it says fruity. What do they mean by "unpasteurized"? Sake from Tochigi Prefecture, in a row! Now I'm going to have to buy a different sake, or they're going to hate me. I'd rather promote sake than wine 🍶. I do drink it with wine sometimes though.

Today I'm having a modern Sentori Mujin. I stir-fried cabbage and eringi mushrooms that I bought at the produce center, and sprinkled my favorite spice, Ore no Aibo. My Aibo is a spice that is sold only at Yaoko. Today's Sentori Mukunin, a little light. Maybe I'm into darker sake these days. But Sentori, Tochigi Prefecture sake, consistent goodness! Nice 👍.

Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, the same city as Houou Mita. I drank it for the first time, Wakakoma Shuzo! It is different from Houou Mita. Is it because the rice polishing ratio is as high as 80%? I thought sake was made in the Tohoku region (not Niigata?), but today I think it is made in Tochigi Prefecture. I thought it was the Tochigi Prefecture, but nowadays I think it is Tochigi Prefecture. Sake is getting more and more popular in Japan. I want to support Japanese culture 🇯🇵.

I bought it without a second thought because it was cheap, perhaps on SALE at the supermarket. Sneaky? Sneaky? It is a strong sake. I recommend it to sake drinkers. It's not dry, but it's not bad. Not bad.

It seemed to melt the moment it was opened and poured. Houou Mita again. There are many kinds of Houou Mita. The vectors are the same, but they vary! I thought "Hou" meant aromatic, but apparently it comes from the name of an innovator in organic rice farming. Since I am alone in the evening, I will drink in peace.
