Drinking sake in the evening with the sake that was given to me. It is moderately dry and I drink it while eating. This sake is good while eating. I think it is best to warm it up so it doesn't get too hot. This is my first time drinking this sake, so I'm going to try a few things. If I went to a liquor store with my wife and was told that it was unfiltered, raw, limited edition sake, I would buy it! And the dad at the liquor store too, It's kind of nice and gentle, so I'll buy it again. The sake tastes sweet! I guess that's because it's made with 50% polished rice. Yamagata Prefecture is famous for its sake. The level is high! For this price, you can't beat it! I bought it over the Aizu Chusho, but I have no regrets because it is a limited edition sake. I will drink it with the meat I bought at Costco, but I'm not sure if it will go well with the meat I'm about to drink.

My wife and I chose this sake. It is not fruity, but my wife says it is delicious. I would say it is not sweet. Actually, my favorite dinner is monja, a hot plate, and I thought it would go well with that. I don't drink much sake from Wakayama Prefecture. A stable pine tree in the back. A favorite since I lived in Koriyama City. It is quite high up on the list of sake that can be drunk at this price. The water is good, I guess. Yagenankotsu (dried young sardines) and shiitake mushrooms. Plus, I had some ikawasa (squid and wasabi) for a little extravagance. I tried not to drink too much, and headed off to work tomorrow.

Another Kembishi. I used to think that sake should be served cold, but I decided that I am a sake drinker only if I accept everything, so I am drinking this Kenrishi, hot. I'm a person who has been drinking a lot of it, and for some reason it was Kembishi, and because my father used to drink it. When it's hot, it's mild, mild.
