Long time no post~. I was practicing drinking sweet potato shochu because I was concerned about sugar content. I drank a bottle of Hououmida ginjo-shu to match my wife's. I thought it was easy to drink for women. I thought it was easy for women to drink. We started a little early. My wife drank it while grilling hokke and said it was delicious. That's right. I will spread the word about Tochigi Prefecture's sake! No Sharaku for today💦.

Oh no - Sharaku. Maybe it's because it was chilled in the fridge, but it's delicious 😋. Is this Tojo Yamadanishiki, which seems to be the rice of Hyogo Prefecture, good? Love the rice, love the sake, love the people. I can feel the spirit of sake brewing in this sake. Fruity! I often hear sake drinkers say that dry sake is the way to go, but I want to say that it's fine as long as it tastes good. I am not a sake connoisseur. I'm a sake lover, so don't mind me 😅.

New Year vacations from today💤. Banshu Ikken, Hyogo sake. The store's guess? It is a strong and cloudy sake! When I opened the cork, it was just a pop. When I tried to taste and drink it lightly, it tingled on my tongue like a carbonic acid? It tingled on my tongue like carbonated water. I've never had such a tingling sensation before. Sharaku again! I heard from someone that Sharaku is sold here, so I bought it. Is this the first time to buy Sharaku in Tochigi prefecture? I guess it is. And sorry to the drinkers in Tochigi Prefecture 🙏. Cheating? I'm sorry. But if you can drink good sake, I'd like to share it with you. Tochigi and Fukushima prefectures are right next to each other😅. Tochigi people should also try Sharaku. If you hear that Miyazumi Meizou brewery has a connection with Hiroki Shuzou, I think you will think that sake is good. Seriously, good sake!

First brewer to drink. A rare sake at a liquor store! and unfiltered raw sake, I thought I'd get it! I'm drinking it with a kappamaki, and I think I like it! Is it sweet? I can't tell if it's sweet or spicy. I like the feeling of not knowing if it's sweet or spicy. ❤️ I'm still losing out to unfiltered nama sake, but it's still the same, Lately, I think Tochigi Prefecture's sake is good. ❗️

I bought it at the supermarket on my way home from work. I felt like drinking it even though it was a weekday. It said it could be served hot or cold, but I decided to drink it cold. This is for people who drink sake every day. It might be good when you want to get drunk, but it is a limited time sake. I also lived in Miyagi Prefecture, so I wouldn't miss Ichinokura. If you drink it every day, I would recommend Ichinokura. It's not expensive and they know what they're doing with sake 😄.

I don't know why, because it's junmai daiginjo and the label is pink, but it seems to be popular with the ladies. Actually, I drank a little too much. So this is the next day's post. It's been a little while since I last had a chance to drink a good sake from Tochigi Prefecture, Junmai Daiginjo-shu from Hououmida. My wife also enjoyed it. I guess it is easy to drink for women who don't drink much sake. For those who like sake, it is too easy to drink and you might say it is too easy to drink. Be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️

Ona. The label was so flashy and eye-catching that I couldn't help but pick it up. The design was not very sake-like, but maybe I shouldn't say that these days. The taste was smooth and refreshing. My impression is that it is a sake to be drunk with a meal. For heavy drinkers or those who just want to drink sake purely, it may not be enough. It's good because it doesn't interfere with food. I think sake drinkers will drink too much, so be careful.

Hououmida's limited edition hiyaoroshi at a time of the year when cold wholesale is very noticeable! A nice aroma when you open the bottle! If you like sake, you will understand. I felt the autumn and enjoyed it with my first nabe (hot pot) by myself. Yum! I think I'll have soba noodles tomorrow.

I drank it for the first time, Nanamizu. But EXCITING SERIES means it's not a standard one. I checked the label on the back and it says the production date is July 2023, so it is freshly made 😀. I'm very happy that it's freshly made sake. I wonder if I can drink it anymore too. The color looks so good 🩵. Why not? I'll have it while eating somen noodles...
