Purchased at a brewery in Tsuwano, Shimane Prefecture. I drank it with my wife's parents. It was delicious, with a strong rice flavor and taste. I knew of this brewery from a tasting in Tokyo, but was surprised to happen upon it by chance.

I bought it at the brewery when I visited Tsuwano in Shimane Prefecture. It was as it should be, a dry, dark sake that was delicious. We drank it with my wife's parents and my wife🍶.

2024/2/11 My mother gave me this 🍶 with my father-in-law. It's been a while since I drank it, but it had a gorgeous aroma 🍶. I was going to keep it, but it was all gone😅.
