Drunken Whale Label🐳. Junmai Ginjo with 100% Yamadanishiki. As expected from Drunken Whale, it has a sharpness. I've been drinking a lot of fruity-sweet sake lately, so this is what I was looking for! This is what I was looking for. I knew I couldn't go wrong since it is my favorite Yamada Nishiki, but I was right! Crisp and refreshing, with a rounded Yamadanishiki aftertaste. It was the first time in a long time that it was dryer than the medium dryness that I like!

New Year's sake Kubota I drank Kubota after a long time. Well, of course it's delicious (lol). It is crisp, but the flavor of the rice is well integrated, so it was a perfect toast! It's hard to drink because it goes down so easily lol.

Z-label of the popular crop. Fruity and sweet, but not unpleasantly sweet, so it is easy to drink and goes away smoothly (lol). 300ml is not enough for this one. The aftertaste is refreshing, so it does not give the impression of being sweet. The aroma might have been more appealing if I drank it in a wine glass.

Freshly pressed raw sake from Shichihon-yari. Junmai sake is good! It is fresh and crisp when opened. The aftertaste is umami. Anyway, it is sharp! It is dry and delicious. The acidity is effective and the sake is full of flavor!

Sentori snowman ⛄ that arrived today. The label is cute ❤. I stood it up when I left and did my best to carry it home in my backpack! (because it leaks with gas) It was a crisp sake with acidity, a little gas, and a little sweetness. It was a seasonal sake, and I could feel the winter.

I bought the first pressing of Ganki! The toji-san was there, so I bought one of the few bottles left! It is a robust, solid, but pure rice made from 100% Yamadanishiki. The flavor of the rice is amazing! We also tasted Gankino-no-ni, which was fruity, but also delicious! We also tasted a slightly more expensive one, called "Minakagi," which came in a paulownia box, and it was a very satisfying cup, just as it was expensive! It has a beautiful cohesiveness while retaining its umami flavor. The Ganki was delicious. Today, we paired it with No.1 and horse sashimi.

This is the first time I bought Houou Mida by myself. I knew it had a gaseous taste, but it was like sparkling. It tastes like it is not a sake. It is gassy and dry on the palate, but has a bitter taste like pineapple or grapefruit. I feel like I am drinking sparkling wine. If so, it is delicious, but the aroma and flavor of rice is not.... The aftertaste is not so good. I learned a lot.

First akabu! I was curious to buy it because all my uncles were buying it. It is fruity! The koji sweetness is pleasant, not extremely sweet. I thought, "Ah, so that's why this is so popular. There is no cloying taste at all, and the aroma is clean and refreshing. It's the kind of sweetness that is okay even for me, who likes medium-hard tastes.

The aroma and flavor of rice is amazing. It is crisp and refreshing in the mouth, but tastes delicious with the sweetness of rice later! It is a medium dry taste that I like. It goes well with any dish. I toasted it with sashimi of Akinatai fish and squid.

I also contributed a bottle of sake that the brewer worked hard to sell for 5 days (lol) Ichinokura, my favorite sake. It is originally dry, but hiyaoroshi is a little milder. It has a different umami and mellowness from the usual dry sake. But it is delicious because it is dry!
