As expected from Drunken Whale, it has a sharpness.
I've been drinking a lot of fruity-sweet sake lately, so this is what I was looking for! This is what I was looking for.
I knew I couldn't go wrong since it is my favorite Yamada Nishiki, but I was right!
Crisp and refreshing, with a rounded Yamadanishiki aftertaste.
It was the first time in a long time that it was dryer than the medium dryness that I like!
