Just as one imagines the nectar that summer beetles feed on.
A gem that smells like trees in a forest while quickly drawing in the rainbow colors.

The clerk at Yamada, a sake merchant, gave it the highest rating for dryness.
As the name suggests, it is refreshingly dry and makes you want to go for it.
Dry and refreshing, it would be great in the summer.
Personally, I would like it to be a little more floral and complete like Tenbi.

It is crisp and delicious.
This was a while ago, but I heard it was quite cosy, about 800 yen for 2 bottles of 4 gou (4.5 liters). It was a very cosy sake.

Delicious. Crisp and refreshing.
Sweet and, as the illustration suggests, a sip of this sake represents a moment with a geisha, ending with a night of female suppleness.

This is a two-stage brewing process, original to the Yamada Sake Brewery.
The moment we drank it, it had a very peculiar taste.
It tastes sweet or smelly and clings to the palate.
I don't think it would be a good match for me.
