A kind of Colors, it was slightly sour unlike Viridian or Hinotori, but it was slightly carbonated and tasted as expected of Shinsei, which does not betray its deliciousness.
It has a wonderful balance of sweet and sour. Viridian. Unlike Yo-no-Tori, it has an even more outstanding mouthfeel, and is still No. 1 among Shinsei wines! I got it by chance at a store, but I couldn't resist and opened it that day!
It's been a while since I've had this, but it's an outstanding food sake. It's refreshing, moderately sweet, and one of those dangerous sakes that you can get into as much as you want. Should be reasonably priced!
