モランゴ
Sake that seems to be Japanese sake. My favorite in this series is VINO, followed by this one. I think this is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own without any snacks, not as an aperitif or a food sake. However, those who don't like so-called "sake" can't enjoy it, so I recommend VINO or DOLCE for those who don't like sake.

It took me about 3 weeks to drink it because I was chipping away at it after opening the bottle. Always at room temperature. Still, it did not deteriorate, and as the days went by, it became mellow and tasty. It had a spiky impression right after opening, but it became very rounded at the end.

Taste is blurred. It is thin or tasteless. This kind of sake usually tastes better when it is heated up, but when I warmed it up, it tasted even worse. I really like Aizan, which is also made by Momonodrop, but I didn't realize how different it was. It's a learning experience.

It had the same smell as the "Saku" that I drank at New Year's and was no good. Like the smell of paper. It was a fresh sake, so it had not been stored well. It was getting warmer by now, but I left it in the closet and didn't refrigerate it. After about a week, the bad smell was gone, but it was very alcoholic. I drink it with ice to dilute it. Maybe it wasn't at its full potential, but I won't be buying any more of the Tenka series for a while. I like the cute label, though.

When you pour it into a glass, you get a nice, fizzy carbonation. It's not very carbonated on the tongue, but it's very tasty. It has a dry sweetness that goes well before or during a meal. I want to repeat this and make it a staple in our house, I never get tired of drinking it.

I was expecting a fruity taste because of the apple yeast, but it tastes incredibly chemical. Bond comes to mind. It was not very drinkable, but I read a review that it tastes good when heated, so I warmed it up. The aroma of the sake was very strong and stimulated my nose. Then, it became sweeter and the chemical taste disappeared! This should be drunk hot. It's not fruity or fresh, but it's a very dignified sake. At first I wasn't sure what to do with it, but it has been promoted to a sake that I want to repeat as long as it is heated up.

After opening the bottle, the first sip was quite aggressive. The impact was interesting. There is no sweetness. On the second day, the gusto felt on the first day disappeared and the taste became milder. However, there is a strong "I'm drinking alcohol" feeling. I have never had this type of drink before, but I think I might like it a lot.

When I was still not a big sake drinker, this was recommended to me at an izakaya and I thought, "It's sake, but it's not stinky, and it's lightly sweet and delicious! The label is cute too! The label is cute! It is still as easy to drink as ever, and even though it is not low in alcohol content, I can easily enjoy it. I felt that putting ice in it would increase the sweet and sour taste, so I drank it with ice. It's delicious.

I bought this as a connection because I didn't have any sake on hand. It tastes like the sake I had imagined when I did not drink sake. I don't detect any sweetness, so I wonder if this kind of sake is called "dry" sake. If so, I definitely prefer sweet sake.

Since I love the taste of "Shirokuma Light Nigori" the best, I drank it with super high expectations since it was made by the same brewer, Kankoume Shuzo. When I opened it, I thought the lid would pop off and have a piquant taste, but it didn't really. Shirokuma tasted quite herbal and habitual, and compared to that, this one only had a distant medicinal herb taste. Perhaps the lower alcohol content had something to do with it, but the taste and aroma were both light and thin. I was a little disappointed and left it for a while. After about a week, I tried drinking it with ice, and the blurred taste became clearer. The sweetness also seemed to have increased. Maybe it is best to cool it down to a crisp. I enjoyed it for what it was, so I would like to try QUINCE next time.

It is sweet. Sweet but not fruity, kind of an interesting mouthfeel. The aroma is not that strong either. The label is cool, and the bottle is transparent, so you can see the cage floating in the air. It took me quite a while to finish it, but perhaps it was because it was in the middle of a cold winter season, but the taste did not deteriorate and it was good all the way through.

I drank a bottle of Manjusen many years ago that had been aged in wine barrels and was a bit of a disappointment, so I drank it again without much expectation this time. However, it is a very typical sake, and I enjoyed it warmed or chilled. It is easy to drink, so I ended up drinking a lot of it. It was a bad encounter because I'm not a wine drinker to begin with. I will take this opportunity to try other Manjusen wines again.

The claim was "overwhelming gasiness," but I didn't feel that much gasiness. It was a little tangy? It's about the same. It was easy to drink with a gentle sweetness, but it seemed to be missing something more.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was a strange papery smell. I had drunk "Saku Gennochi" a while ago and enjoyed it, so I had high expectations for it. After a few days of drinking, I didn't mind the unpleasant smell, but it was very alcoholic and not to my taste. I diluted it with water and it was somewhat better. I guess it was a bad idea to buy it for New Year's at the supermarket at the end of the year. I checked later and found that it was much more expensive than the regular price, and I think it was not stored well. I will stop buying it at the supermarket and buy it at a liquor store in the future. What does Masanochi really taste like, is it good if drunk at its proper potential, or does it originally taste like that? I want to try it again, but I kind of have a bad feeling about the crop. I'll give it a try when I forget about it.

I think the crop tastes crazy good, so it's a shame you hit a poorly stored one like that 🥺 I guess that's why it's such a delicate drink 💦.

When I first drank it cold, my impression was that it had no taste, no richness, no aftertaste, and no aroma. I wondered how I was going to consume a bottle. When heated, it became slightly aromatic and drinkable. Later, I made a mistake in heating it and made it very hot. Then, to my surprise, it became very tasty. It has a gentle aroma and a full-bodied flavor, and it is probably best to drink it at about 80 degrees Celsius while puffing on it. I enjoyed it hot every day and consumed a bottle in no time.

The first sip was very unpleasantly sweet. I'll get used to it as I drink more. After about 10 days of opening it, I guess it calmed down or we got used to it, and the bad feeling went away. But I don't think I would buy it again or try another series.

Sweet taste. The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees, but it is easy to drink. The aroma is soft and tasty even when heated. I'm a beginner, so I'm kinda Junmai! Ginjo! Daiginjo! I had an image that sake called "good sake" was good sake, and that honjozo sake was a step down, but this sake made me realize that this is not true. This time I received it from an acquaintance, but next year I will buy it myself.

Slightly tangy and charred. Sweetness is perceptible but rather refreshing. I would like to try the rest of the series. About 3 weeks after opening it, the taste obviously started to fade. I need to drink it sooner rather than later.
