Since I love the taste of "Shirokuma Light Nigori" the best, I drank it with super high expectations since it was made by the same brewer, Kankoume Shuzo.
When I opened it, I thought the lid would pop off and have a piquant taste, but it didn't really.
Shirokuma tasted quite herbal and habitual, and compared to that, this one only had a distant medicinal herb taste.
Perhaps the lower alcohol content had something to do with it, but the taste and aroma were both light and thin.
I was a little disappointed and left it for a while.
After about a week, I tried drinking it with ice, and the blurred taste became clearer. The sweetness also seemed to have increased.
Maybe it is best to cool it down to a crisp.
I enjoyed it for what it was, so I would like to try QUINCE next time.
