Sweet taste. The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees, but it is easy to drink.
The aroma is soft and tasty even when heated.
I'm a beginner, so I'm kinda Junmai! Ginjo! Daiginjo! I had an image that sake called "good sake" was good sake, and that honjozo sake was a step down, but this sake made me realize that this is not true.
This time I received it from an acquaintance, but next year I will buy it myself.
