I was expecting a fruity taste because of the apple yeast, but it tastes incredibly chemical.
Bond comes to mind.
It was not very drinkable, but I read a review that it tastes good when heated, so I warmed it up.
The aroma of the sake was very strong and stimulated my nose.
Then, it became sweeter and the chemical taste disappeared!
This should be drunk hot.
It's not fruity or fresh, but it's a very dignified sake.
At first I wasn't sure what to do with it, but it has been promoted to a sake that I want to repeat as long as it is heated up.
