I saw the news of their arrival on the instagram of Mochizuki Sake Shop in Atsugi and dashed out to buy some!
The first sip I took was
It smells like wood. This is something I had never felt in any Colors I had ever tasted before.
The acidity that comes after that is also nice and refreshing and tasty in the summer!
It was beautifully effervescent and the aroma was less than other Colors.
Less fruity, with a woody, barrel-aged aroma that fits the "green" image perfectly!
At just under 3,000 yen, it's a bit pricey, but I like this not-too-sweet, adult feel.
Four days after opening.
The fuming still remains a little.
The acidity has rounded out a lot and it has become a little sweeter.
The aroma has dropped a lot, but the woody aroma still escapes my nose.
