I like sweet sake, so I don't tend to touch dry sake, but a junior in college had a chance to drink with the owner of this sake brewery, and he spoke very passionately about his passion for sake, so I looked for it and bought it.
The first sip was very tangy and stimulating, and I thought it was very dry, but as I took two or three sips, it became strangely mellow.
It was delicious.
