Muscat-like aroma and juicy fruitiness. Before opening the bottle, I was thinking that the color of the bottle (light blue) was close to that of the summer's arrival, but it wasn't. The other bottle had a strong lemon-like acidity, while this one had a mild acidity compared to it. The other one has a strong lemon-like acidity, while this one has a mild acidity compared to the other one. The balance of sweet, sour and bitter is good. It has a rich and complex flavor due to the presence of a bitterness, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing with a strong gassy feeling. It is delicious.

Banana? Muscat? A fruity aroma like. The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt "more like muscat". The sweetness is strong, and while the flavor comes through, the bitterness lingers a little. Delicious. I read a review of the Oumachi I drank in January, and it said the same thing... I wondered if the base was similar and the characteristics were "Omachi -> sourness" and "Yamada-Nishiki -> bitterness". I thought it was, but I'm not all that confident.

渋いパッケージに反比例するフルーティな香り。 最初「パイナップル！」って思ったけどベリー系のような気もする。 甘≧渋苦＞酸 という感じで、少しガス感もあり。 フルーティだけどしっかりキレもあるので、単体でも食中酒でもいける。 イメージとしては廣戸川に近いかも。（パッケージ渋いのにモダンなところとか） とても美味しい。 追記： 調べたら日本酒度＋3だった。 フルーティーな香りで甘いと思ったのか…？ と思って飲み直したけど、やっぱり甘さはしっかり感じる。 さすがにohmine（次の投稿のやつ）と比べたら辛口だけど、±0のくどき上手 純米吟醸とはどっこいどっこいな気がする。

The sweetness, spiciness, and acidity each come with a bang. It has a slightly banana-like aroma. It is too strong when drunk on its own, so it is just right when drunk on the rocks. Personally, I felt it was a bit classic. I think it would be good warmed up.

It is a summer sake, but it is quite sweet. Cat labels are generally sweet. It has a slightly bitter and pungent taste that does not remain sticky. It is a bit gassy when opened. Compared to the Natsu no Otoshiri that I had just had, this one has less acidity and is fluffy and mellow. If you ask me if it is like a summer sake, I would say "hmmm...? but it has a sense of transparency. I like it because I like sweet sake. It is delicious.

White grape-like sweetness is covered by lemon-like acidity. The end result is a lemony, floral aftertaste that lingers for a while. When opened, it has a slight gassy feeling. At 13% alcohol, it is refreshing as a summer sake, but not too light with its fruitiness and juiciness. It is very satisfying. Very tasty. (I couldn't get a good shot of the back side no matter how many times I tried.)

Fruity, sweet and delicious. Compared to Hana Yuu, which is made from the same brewery and rice, the overall impression is similar in terms of sweetness, aroma, and a bit of bitterness. Hana Yuu is heavier and Suitama is a little more acidic and lighter. Suiyu is a little more acidic and lighter. It has a transparency that is similar to Suiyu. In this season when the weather is getting warmer, Suiyu might be generally preferred. It is sweeter than the regular version of Suitama (purple Junmai Ginjo). Delicious. [Notes. Fruity from the moment you open it. I thought, "This is so bananas!" but when I searched for it on the Internet, I found that it was called "Muscat," which made me lose confidence. It has a banana-like aroma and a sweetness that doesn't lose to the aroma. The bitterness and a bit of sourness are like muscat...? I thought so, but personally, it was banana. Putting aside what kind of fruit it is, it is fruity, sweet, and very tasty.

Japanese pear-like fruity sweetness. When opened, there is a little gas and a great juicy feeling. The sweetness is firm with a little sourness and bitterness, similar to the Sairai that was opened yesterday. It is also 55% special pure and unfiltered. (But that one is raw and this one is hi-ire...? (But that one is raw and this one is hi-ire...?) Comparing the two, Machida's is a bit spicier and more refreshing. It is very tasty.

Fruity aroma, sweet and delicious. Melon...banana...strawberry...? It has a mild taste, but it also has a berry-like sweet and sour taste. Even right after drinking Hanamup, I could feel the sweetness. I think it has a stronger taste and sweeter than the junmai ginjo I drank before. (I don't have a Junmai Ginjo on hand right now, so I can't be sure.) There is a bit of bitterness to tighten things up a bit at the end. Very tasty. I'm sorry it took me so long to open it. PS: Compared to the Junmai Ginjo (the regular light blue one), this one tastes stronger and sweeter. The taste and aroma are similar, but the Junmai Ginjo is a little more acidic and refreshing. I like both.

As the name suggests, it has an "apple! The aroma and acidity are just like the name. The sweetness does not remain, but is refreshing. (The sweetness of Hanamup, which we drank together to compare the same Sake Komachi, may have been too strong, so the sweetness may have been lost in the haze. I may have made a mistake in drinking them together.) The alcohol content is low, so you can enjoy it easily. It is a little gassy when opened. Postscript: It is not so sweet after all. Compared to the Yukino Kayasha, this one is more acidic and clean.

This year, I bought three types of nama sake: Omachi, Dewa Sanzan, and Sakekomachi. (I post this every year, so this year I'm combining them into one.) All of them are gorgeous and sweet. If you compare them by rice, you will find that Omachi -> soft and refreshing (-6.8) Dewa Sanzan→Sweet and heavy acid (-8.4) Sakekomachi→Sweet and heavy bitter (-9.1) It was like this. The impression of each is not so different from last year, but I think the cleanness of Oumachi and the sweetness of Dewa Sanzan Tsuki have increased respectively. (I wonder if there was such a difference in the sake level last year...?) (Was there such a big difference in the sake level last year?) As a lover of sweet sake, last year I preferred Sake Komachi > Yumachi > Dewa Sanzan, but this year I think I prefer Sake Komachi > Dewa Sanzan > Yumachi. I still like Sake Komachi.

It smells like banana and tastes sweet and delicious. It has a strong umami flavor, so it may be heavy in taste. I did not notice any off-flavor. The sake is said to be +2 on the sake level, but I personally felt the sweetness was stronger than the spiciness. It can be served by itself or with food, and can be used with non-Japanese food as well. It can also be served warm. Very tasty.

My first impression was "Cute!" was the first impression. The Daimine 3 Grain Aizan, which I opened at about the same time, was a bit more mature with bitterness, but this one was honestly "Gorgeous! Sweet! Hanami!" This one was just like "Hanami! The packaging is retro, and the small size compared to a bottle is cute. It is delicious. The sake rice is Yamada Nishiki.

The moment you pop it open, you get a gassy feeling and a crazy fruity aroma. It smells like melon and lychee. I put it in my mouth with the preconceived notion that it would be sweet because of this aroma + Aisan + ohmine, but the fruitiness came in a flash, and of course the sweetness came in full force, but soon the bitterness came in, and it was maybe more refreshing than I expected. Delicious. It is about -6 on the sake scale. It is similar to Hana Yuu or something like that. It's really just a feeling, but I have no confidence in it. I have a feeling that the sweetness will become heavier the day after tomorrow. I really want to know the numbers here. 25/4/17 Postscript I compared it with this year's Hanamup (Dewa Sanzan), and Hanamup was clearly sweeter.

Peaches? Pink grapefruit? It has a very fruity aroma like peach or pink grapefruit. It tastes sweet and sour and a little fizzy, like juice. The bitterness when it goes down your throat may be hoppy. The aroma is different from that of regular sake. The color is pinkish. (The third image on the right. The left one is Sakura Neko. Both have lees. I don't think they are comparable, but the sweetness is a little stronger in Sakura Cat, while the acidity and aroma are stronger in Hanakaze.) I had had sakekasu mayo before, but it was my first time to drink sake. Delicious.

Fruity. It has a leesiness that becomes more complex when mixed with sourness and bitterness. Kotatsu Neko is like a plum wine, and Sakura Neko is similar to it, but a little melon-like. Sakura Cat is a bit more fizzy and light. I like both.

A fruity but Japanese-like sense of déjà vu: ...... What is it? I thought for a moment, "It's plum wine. The aroma, sweetness, and seed-like bitterness are all somehow plum wine-like. The Cat Label series are all sweet and fruity, but this one might be the sweetest of them all. It is delicious. (I kept this one in the fridge to compare it with Sakura Neko. (I kept it in the fridge to compare it with Sakura Cat, which is indeed delicious when sipped over a kotatsu (Japanese low table).

When the bottle is opened, it pops out lightly, with an exciting feeling like a fresh sake. It has a fruity, apple-like aroma, a slight effervescence, and a firm sweetness. （The sake has a sweetness (Sake meter value -5). But it also has a certain sharpness. I realized after drinking that it was alsochrome (not that I don't like alsochrome, but it's not bad). (Not that I don't like alcoholic sake, but I tend to avoid it because I have a constitution that causes me to get drunk.) But it tastes good... I thought it might be similar to Ryoseki's Sweet Emotion that I drank before. I think the Silver Label is sweeter, but it was a long time ago, so I'm not sure.

Muscat-like fruity aroma. But it has acidity and sharpness, and surprisingly low sweetness. Delicious. (I don't have much more to say about it than that, since the back label gives detailed information on aroma and taste.... When I compared it with the leftover Amami, the Amami was sweeter and more pronounced than the Hououmida, and the Hououmida seemed dry)
