It smells like banana and tastes sweet and delicious.
It has a strong umami flavor, so it may be heavy in taste. I did not notice any off-flavor.
The sake is said to be +2 on the sake level, but I personally felt the sweetness was stronger than the spiciness.
It can be served by itself or with food, and can be used with non-Japanese food as well. It can also be served warm.
