The moment you pop it open, you get a gassy feeling and a crazy fruity aroma. It smells like melon and lychee.
I put it in my mouth with the preconceived notion that it would be sweet because of this aroma + Aisan + ohmine, but the fruitiness came in a flash, and of course the sweetness came in full force, but soon the bitterness came in, and it was maybe more refreshing than I expected.
Delicious.
It is about -6 on the sake scale. It is similar to Hana Yuu or something like that. It's really just a feeling, but I have no confidence in it.
I have a feeling that the sweetness will become heavier the day after tomorrow. I really want to know the numbers here.

I compared it with this year's Hanamup (Dewa Sanzan), and Hanamup was clearly sweeter.
