As the name suggests, it has an "apple! The aroma and acidity are just like the name. The sweetness does not remain, but is refreshing.
(The sweetness of Hanamup, which we drank together to compare the same Sake Komachi, may have been too strong, so the sweetness may have been lost in the haze. I may have made a mistake in drinking them together.)
The alcohol content is low, so you can enjoy it easily. It is a little gassy when opened.
Postscript:
Compared to the "Yukino Kayasha", this one is more acidic and clean. It is not so sweet after all.
