Domaine Watanabe after a long time♪ This is my favorite sake in Niigata, one of the hardest hit areas for sake. Is this taste sake? The flavor and acidity are exquisite...it was supposed to be...but my nose is stuffed up and I can't taste it (T_T). After a day, so and so like this, I am relieved that this has become a domaine. It's a good wine (LOL)

The aroma is sweet, but not unpleasantly so, and it is easy to drink. It is easy to drink even for those who do not like sake. I was surprised, in a good way, that there is such a sake as this one, though the image of fish labels is strong in Hitakami.

I was concerned about the gaseous sensation of the sake, as it was written that it had something to do with a gaseous sensation, but it was not that gaseous and tasted great.
