Easy to drink, delicious sake with just the right amount of sweetness and aroma. I paired it with saury. I also drank beer. I drank sake with the halawata and beer with the meat.

My first sake after moving was from my favorite liquor store before I moved. Fruity, gorgeously sweet, yet refreshing, and quite tasty! On the first day, we served it with firefly squid and bonito sashimi, and on the second day, with kochi sashimi, eel liver, and soaked rape blossoms.

Huh, delicious. Slightly carbonated, sweet, balanced, most delicious. I love Eikoh Fuji, and I drink a lot of it, but this is one of the best. It's a good thing I opened it on New Year's Day! Thank you all for your support this year.

This is a local sake from the Tama district of Tokyo that I got from an acquaintance. It has a soft taste with no miscellaneous flavors and goes well with food. It is well-balanced with sashimi of sea bream and yellowtail, fried shrimp, and salted sea urchin.

It has a hiyaoroshi-like sake flavor, but it's mildly delicious. It goes well with sashimi, grilled fish, and vegetables in good balance. I feel like it's easy to get drunk. Maybe it's because I haven't had sake in a while.

I got this sake as a gift from a friend. Good balance. It's based on a traditional method, but made tasty in a modern way (I don't know). It goes well with sashimi of sea bream and flatfish, and boiled cod roe!

This is a limited edition sake made from Aomori's sake rice, "Hanamori". All of the Hana Omoi sakes are rich in flavor and delicious. This Shichiriki also has a deep and attractive taste, but the aftertaste is clean and quite good. It was a perfect match with the fatty sardine sashimi.

Mellow! There is no tang at all, and the gentle feeling lasts from the mouthfeel to the aftertaste. This is a sake that won a gold medal at the 2020 National New Sake Competition. To be honest, I'm usually not that interested in sake that has won awards like that, but this is really good. It might be one of the best in the history of sake.

Recommended by a liquor store in the neighborhood. This is a rare Yamahai of Honkin. The richness and umami of Yamahai is strong, but it's not too strong and easy to drink. It is certainly delicious. It goes well with wild vegetables such as cod roe and bamboo shoots rather than seafood.

Swoosh! Fragrant and sweet! Exactly the type of sake I like. We enjoyed it with prawns, cod's sprouts, bamboo shoots, garland chrysanthemums, maitake mushrooms, and tempura of wild vegetables whose names we forgot.

The best as always. It goes well with seafood from Aomori. The gorgeous flavor that spreads quickly. It has a strong punch and is delicious. vinegared mackerel, anglerfish with tomo, squid sashimi, and squid's flu all go well, but squid's flu is the best. Oh, there was also sea bream rice.

I love Eikoh-fuji, though I hadn't written about it here because I often drink it outside but never buy it at home. This sake, Junmai Daiginjo, also has the sweetness that is typical of Eikoh Fushi, and I like it. It also has the refreshing taste of a daiginjo, which I like. It was a good match with dengaku of grouper.
