anbykIt's sweet and juicy on the palate, but tightens up with acidity at the end. It's a nice balance of gorgeous and easy to drink. I learned about Kangiku when I just started this app, and I've become a fan of this sake because it's so delicious and the CP is so good no matter which one you drink.

Minami特別純米出羽燦々ひやおろし
anbykI became a fan of Minami after drinking it in Kochi. This is the first time I drank Hiyaoroshi. It's refreshing and a little dry, but it's delicious with a hint of sweetness. It goes with sashimi!

Fukuda純米吟醸 山田錦 活性うすにごり
anbykAwesome foam! It's like a carbonated drink. It's one of the most fizzy drinks I've ever had. The taste is as sweet as the color, but it's still smooth and I love it. I bought it on the liquor store's recommendation, and it was the right choice.

Seikyo番外無濾過生原酒
anbyk日本酒の甘味というよりは、米の味をダイレクトに感じる。真っ直ぐな味。
anbyk妻が若い頃富山で飲んで日本酒を好きになったという彼女の思い出の酒。少し甘くて滑らかな味。日本酒らしい酸味もあるから、魚介に合うのがわかる。滑らかさが結構好きな感じ。
Fusanokangiku雄町５０おりがらみ生原酒
anbyk最近買うことが多い寒菊。雄町おりがらみ生原酒という大好きワードが並び過ぎて買わざるを得ない。発泡強め、甘めの味。やはり大好きなタイプの味なのだが、完全にドンピシャではないかな。もう少しスッキリだといいのかな？

anbyk少しメロンのような甘味も感じながら、料理を邪魔しない自然な味。コロナの影響で普段は手に入らないお酒。かなり安く購入できたけど、美味しかった。
anbyk黒牛の正統派な味だけど、生酒だから甘さが増してる感じでかなり美味い。卵焼きと相性が良かった。
anbyk寒菊の限定版。少しシュワシュワ、ややコクありだけどスッキリもしていた。イサキ、ブリ、トゲクリガニの海の幸で酒が進みすぎた。
anbykややスッキリ目。悪くはない。
