Toyo Bijin's annual limited quantity sale, thank-you price munmichi 😀. The difference is that the bottle is brown (usually green) and the name of the limited edition sake rice is not written 🤔. The taste is so good you would not believe you can buy it for less than 1000 yen 🥰 and it tastes as good as always 😍Thanks 😍.

Purchased on the recommendation of the clerk at Rikimaru Sake Shop 😊. It is a summer sake with a refreshing sweet taste, easy to drink, a little dry and goes down your throat easily 🤤. It was a very good sake 🍶🥰.

I was prepared for it to be sour because of its high acidity 🤤🤤. Oh, it's not so bad, easy to drink 😳 It's sour and tangy and refreshingly crisp in the mouth 😁 followed by a strong sweetness 😋. Tastes like a slightly carbonated fresh squeezed lemon high, like a Ramune 😋. I paired it with wagyu beef and it was a perfect match 🥰.

Sake collaboration between Sumikawa Sake Brewery and regional trading company Yamaguchi, the Four Seasons of the Goddess series is now in its second year, and I hope it continues to be a staple. Seasonal Daiginjo, 1,820 yen including tax 😉 It's made by Sumikawa Shuzojo, so it tastes great😍. When you drink the spring limited edition, it has a light sweetness, followed by a hint of sweetness, and then a refreshing taste that goes down your throat 😁. The color is a light purple, perfect for spring 🥰.

I tried to drink it😁. When opened, it is fresh and slightly sweet, with a sour aftertaste at the end 😄. As the day goes by, the sweetness gets stronger and the acidity that comes after tastes less and more like chilled candy 🥰. Really my kind of sake😍💯.

Today is Risshun, the only day of the year when you can drink freshly pressed sake in the morning🥰 It was dry 🤪 and had a nice crispness to it that only unpasteurized sake can have 😋.
