It was a limited edition, one bottle per person 🍾.
It was easy to drink, had a sweet taste and an aroma that I have never had before.
It is a sake that women will like, including the packaging 🌸.
It is a slightly sweet sake that is easy to drink.
I was told at a sake shop that it is best to drink it as is at first and mix it with ori later. ☺️
The alcohol content is 15%, which reaffirms my belief that sake is easy to drink up to 15% alcohol.
The usual oriental beauty I'm used to drinking.
It's always delicious 😀.
But unlike usual, I bought a bottle because we drink with several people, so it won't run out 🤣.
This year again, on New Year's Day, we will be serving Take-no-en's sake with gold leaf!
This is my favorite sake that I can find once a year. I also like the words on the label, "Yeoshun Celebration Sake with Good Luck" and the picture on the label.
It is a dry, refreshing sake that goes well with osechi dishes, sashimi, sushi, hors d'oeuvres, and everything else 😁.
I bought some Ura-nabeshima and kept it in the fridge for a while because I didn't want to waste it 🤪.
Now I finally tried it 😋.
It had a darker flavor than the other Nabeshima and was delicious 🥰.
Sake drunk with nigirizushi🍣 along with Mitsui no Kotobuki
Mr. Saita, the brewer of Mitsui no Kotobuki, was at Tamura Honten for the opening of the brewery and we asked him about it and he selected this sake for us 😊.
It was clear, easy to drink and dry 🍶😋.
It was very delicious 🤗.
Tasake's light nigori 😀
As a lover of light nigori, I wanted to try this one 😋.
Compared to the usual Tasake Special Junmai, it is sweeter at the moment of drinking but the aftertaste seems to be drier than usual 🤔.
I'm glad that Tasake's light nigori is not only delicious but also goes well with all kinds of food.
Happy New Year!
The first sake of the new year is a pure gold leafed Take-no-en Obligado🤗.
It's a New Year's sake 🍶 The gold leaf is quite big and there's a lot of it 😀.
It tastes a little dry and has no habits, and as the label says, goes well with all kinds of food 🥰.
I hope to enjoy drinking a variety of sake this year 🥰.
It's a limited edition of nama-shu Toyo Bijin, only available this time of year 😋.
The taste is probably the juiciest and sweetest of all the Toyo Bijin 🥰.
It is a very good and delicious sake😍.
