I almost had it home-delivered, so I only took home the ganki..!
I was afraid to open the bottle as I was careful not to gush out.
I thought it would be sparkling and light, but the supernatant was well balanced with a pleasant bitterness, and the flavor seemed to increase as I mixed in a little of the lees that had accumulated at the bottom.

The taste is juicy sweet at first, then the acidity follows and it's lighter than I expected 😳💕The end result is the piquancy and bitterness of the raw sake? Astringency? I felt 🤔I think it's a summery sake 🤩.
Personally, if it's the same "wakamusume, nama sake, light nigori", I prefer the spring limited edition Usuka Sakura🌸🥰💕💕. tachio_kunToyo Bijin's annual limited quantity sale, thank-you price munmichi 😀.
The difference is that the bottle is brown (usually green) and the name of the limited edition sake rice is not written 🤔.
