I've been curious about this sake for a while. It's said to be characterized by the sourness of citric acid from the white koji brewing process, so you might think it's a sour sake with lots of citric acid, but I like sour things, so I don't mind so much. But I like sour things, so it doesn't bother me that much. It's easy to drink and delicious.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on a bottle of Shinsei Viridian, and since I brought it with me to a drinking party, it was empty in no time! It was the first time I drank it, but as expected from Shinsei, it was delicious and I could drink it easily... I hope I can buy it again!

It's been a while since I've had Hououmita. When I was drinking it, I thought it was the kind of sake I don't like, but it became easier and easier to drink... It has a gentle sweetness, but a gorgeous impression. As you would expect from Hououmita, it's delicious.

It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Anastasia Green from Koei Kiku, and this is the second day of opening. When I opened it, it made a nice popping sound because it was slightly carbonated. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness. It is low alcohol and easy to drink!

I bought a bottle of No.6 S-type Shinsei at a local liquor store a long time ago, and it said to drink it by the end of September, so I opened it on the last day of the consecutive holidays. It was my first No.6, but it was easy to drink and delicious. I think I should have savored it more because it was so delicious and I drank it so easily...

I just opened a bottle of Snow Crescent by Kouyougiku that I bought a long time ago. I drank it for the first time in about 8 months and it's as good as I expected😊. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's a bit schmaltzy and a bit cloudy, but it's an easy drinking sake with no peculiarities. There may be a fair amount of acidity, but I like sour things, so it doesn't bother me at all! It's a sake that's not like sake at all. After all, Koei Kiku is my favorite sake!

It was a shame that it spilled so much, as the warning sticker said, because I turned it slowly before drinking because there was a lot of orage in the bottle! The second fermentation in the bottle made it swooshy and really tasty! I drank it so fast, I want to repeat it!

Today at a local liquor store, I bought a bottle of Tedorigawa hoshi in order to buy a bottle of Shinsai Viridian. It is said that the origin series is to reconstruct the 150 years loved Tedorikawa and connect it to Mirai. It is a fruity, slightly sweet and easy to drink sake.

I opened a bottle of Hououmida, which I bought a while ago. It's Hououmida, so it's good as usual, but it has a rather classic sake taste. It's a classic sake, so it's no surprise. It's not my favorite sake, but it's consistently delicious. I'm not sure if it's fresh or not.

This is the last bottle in the Chiyomusubi series. It's a sparkling wine that you can't miss if you like bubbles. It's a lightly nigori, refreshing sake that is delicious 😅 I opened it in two days because it was so good.

I was delighted to choose it because it was an option of the set sale of Anastasia Green by Futari and Kouryugiku that I wanted to try 🥰 It's refreshing but slightly sweet and delicious. It's true what they say, you can't have two rabbits without one! It's a nice balance, and it's two rabbits in one!

This pink sake is made from ancient rice (Jintanho) grown in Asuka Village. The color and label were cute, so I just bought it. The alcohol content is 16 degrees, which is the same as regular sake, but it is somewhat thicker and has a unique taste. It has its own peculiarity, so you can't drink a lot of it, but the taste is delicious.

It's been a while since I drank this Takachiyo, since last September. I've been wanting to try this SPARK for a while, so I opened a bottle as soon as it arrived on Sunday. Today is the third day and the last one. The sizzle is gone, but it's still lightly fizzy, lightly muddled, and delicious.

Five bottles of sake arrived today, and my fridge was full of sake, so I opened a bottle of Koyogiku's Twilight Orange. The last time I had a bottle, I finished it in a flash, so I kept coming back to it, and I'm on my third glass in no time. It's still my favorite, and it's delicious. I think I'm drinking too much just because I'm on vacation 😅.

I've had this in the fridge for a long time, and it's a Hououmita Akaban, 100% Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered raw sake. It's been a while since I've had a Hooumita, fruity but refreshing, well balanced, stable and delicious, I think it cost over 3000 yen so if it's not good I'll be pissed😅.

I've ordered a sake from Tottori Prefecture that I've never had before♪ It's Chiyomusubi no Shuwatte Sora, a slightly foamy Junmai Ginjo with secondary fermentation in the bottle. As a bubble lover, I had to try it! It's sour, refreshing and delicious😊.
