I've had this in the fridge for a long time, and it's a Hououmita Akaban, 100% Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered raw sake. It's been a while since I've had a Hooumita, fruity but refreshing, well balanced, stable and delicious, I think it cost over 3000 yen so if it's not good I'll be pissed😅.
