Today at a local liquor store, I bought a bottle of Tedorigawa hoshi in order to buy a bottle of Shinsai Viridian. It is said that the origin series is to reconstruct the 150 years loved Tedorikawa and connect it to Mirai. It is a fruity, slightly sweet and easy to drink sake.

I had a hard time deciding whether to buy this or not... It's not too sweet, but it's smooth... At 16 degrees Celsius, it looks good! I think I should have bought it.
