I've been curious about this sake for a while. It's said to be characterized by the sourness of citric acid from the white koji brewing process, so you might think it's a sour sake with lots of citric acid, but I like sour things, so I don't mind so much. But I like sour things, so it doesn't bother me that much. It's easy to drink and delicious.
