I haven't had Senkou for a while since I had a bottle of Naturals a long time ago, but since I've recently become a fan of Shokuban, I was attracted by the impactful name and picked it up. I was impressed by the clean taste and the sourness of the sake. It has a wide range of compatibility and seems to be very versatile as it can be used with any kind of food.

This is one of those drinks where you wonder why the rice gives it such a fruity taste. The tasting note says muscat, and this is the first time I really felt muscat. This is the first time I really felt muscat. It's just a little bit more gorgeous than I've ever experienced elsewhere, so I'd recommend trying it if you find it. It was delicious. I can drink it easily and don't get drunk at all! I don't remember the last time I said that I didn't get drunk at all. 14% of the bottle is easy to drink, so if you are fooled by its drinkability, you will get drunk. It's not surprising. The fact that it doesn't leave any residue in your body the next day is another sign of a good drink.

Nice to meet you, Machida Shuzo. It's so fresh and fizzy that it's hard to believe it's pure rice wine. In the mouth, there is a faint bitterness and a petite feeling. After that comes the sweetness, and it's easy to drink. I'm convinced that it's popular because of its good price. I wish I could buy it in my neighborhood.

20220118 Beautiful color with a light yellow tinge. The aroma is sweet, not so much like a ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is a slight bitterness, followed by sweetness and sourness. After that, you can feel the umami. Personally, I found it a bit bitter. But the thick body and the sweet and sour taste are to my liking. After all, it's good to use a traditional yeast mash. It was delicious.

Raifuku is an undiluted sake made with Aizan. On the palate, you first feel the sweetness, then the mellow texture and flavor. As the ginjo aroma leaves the nose, the alcohol flavor leaves. Since it is an unpasteurized sake, it is 17 degrees and has a slightly strong alcohol feeling. However, it is not spicy and easy to drink, which makes it dangerous. I think it is a good sake with a wide range of compatibility. Since it is a strong sake, it might go well with yakitori.

20211218 Nice swooshing sound on uncorking. Slightly fizzy, swoopy and juicy as expected. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma, but elegant and nice. It's not so subtle as to interfere with the meal. The taste is a little sweet, and the alcohol is weak, but it is the type of sake that goes very well. You can drink it with a wine glass. It seems to go well with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Personally, this is my favorite type of sake. It also seems to be popular with women. As a result, I finished a whole bottle in a week. It's a great sake with a wide range of compatibility and is easy to drink. I'm sure I'll be repeating it.

A little while after the bottle was opened, Meikyokuteijosui became smoother and mellower than the freshly opened bottle, and I personally felt it tasted better than the freshly opened bottle. It is a good sake that can be drunk easily with any accompaniment.

I opened a bottle of Nanaroma. The aroma is mild, and it is also mild when drunk. It is clear and refreshing. You can feel just a little bit of carbonation and it's not that sweet. It is very easy to drink. It gives a weaker impression compared to other sakes I've had recently, but it's a good sake that doesn't interfere with food.

I opened it. The aroma is mild and the sweetness is weak. The taste is clean and clear with no miscellaneous tastes. I think you can feel the umami quite well. It is the mildest of all the wines I've had recently and seems to go well with meals. I want to eat live white meat sashimi.

I went to a local liquor store and bought a strong fizzy bottle of Biotai. I took about 20 minutes to pull the bottle out because it would blow. I don't remember much about the taste, but it has a refreshing summer aroma and strong carbonation that makes it easy to drink.

It is a packing tag sake order. The appetizer is sashimi of sea bream, shredded ginger and salt ponzu. It was so delicious that we finished it in 3 days. I'll be back for more when the new sake comes out.

It's not that strong, but it smells good. The aroma is not that strong, but it is nice. The taste is sweet and then slightly sour, not too strong, but good as a sake for eating. If you can buy it in your neighborhood, it's a good choice. To be honest, the Junmai version didn't leave much of an impression on me, but I like this one a lot.

A week has passed since the bottle was opened. When it was just opened, you could feel the taste and flavor of the rice, but now it has become a little mellow and feels more drinkable. The balance is good, so even if the alcohol is a little high, it is easy to drink and delicious. It's a definite repeat.
