Raifuku is an undiluted sake made with Aizan. On the palate, you first feel the sweetness, then the mellow texture and flavor. As the ginjo aroma leaves the nose, the alcohol flavor leaves. Since it is an unpasteurized sake, it is 17 degrees and has a slightly strong alcohol feeling. However, it is not spicy and easy to drink, which makes it dangerous. I think it is a good sake with a wide range of compatibility. Since it is a strong sake, it might go well with yakitori.
