Beautiful color with a light yellow tinge. The aroma is sweet, not so much like a ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is a slight bitterness, followed by sweetness and sourness. After that, you can feel the umami. Personally, I found it a bit bitter. But the thick body and the sweet and sour taste are to my liking. After all, it's good to use a traditional yeast mash. It was delicious.
