Nice swooshing sound on uncorking. Slightly fizzy, swoopy and juicy as expected. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma, but elegant and nice. It's not so subtle as to interfere with the meal.
The taste is a little sweet, and the alcohol is weak, but it is the type of sake that goes very well. You can drink it with a wine glass. It seems to go well with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Personally, this is my favorite type of sake. It also seems to be popular with women.
As a result, I finished a whole bottle in a week.
It's a great sake with a wide range of compatibility and is easy to drink. I'm sure I'll be repeating it.
