I haven't had Senkou for a while since I had a bottle of Naturals a long time ago, but since I've recently become a fan of Shokuban, I was attracted by the impactful name and picked it up.
I was impressed by the clean taste and the sourness of the sake. It has a wide range of compatibility and seems to be very versatile as it can be used with any kind of food.
